The RPM/Yeti squad just got back from the Mob in the Mojave down in Bootleg Canyon, NV and MAN what a blast! It was super sick to be back on the bikes, blasting across dry dirt and eating up the race atmosphere. Highlights include a first place finish from Matt Branney in CAT2 Junior division and a 5th from Dustin Coker in CAT1 Junior a.k.a. Grommet Pro. It’s late February. It’s Colorado. The skiing/boarding is great but we are not interested in that. Dustin Belcher, Sam Stevens, Dylan Smith and Tom Stevens push downhill bikes up Red Hill, outside Carbondale in search of a few good runs. It is icy, snow covered with the occasional patch of monkey snot mud. Perfect. |

Here we are in mid January with the 2009 MSC race season just 75 or so days away. This year RPM/Yeti riders are branching out and traveling to a few out-of-state races to keep their race game strong. |
